The Attitude of Gratitude


What are you grateful for? Now that's a question we all can ask ourselves a little more. I imagine if someone were to hand us a pen and paper we could come up with quite a few things........so how about it.......ready to write!! Whether we choose to make a list or meditate on the the things we are grateful for...the results will be the same.........a better appreciation for what you already have. When you develop an appreciation and a sense of gratitude for all good in your life......you create a powerful force that mirrors back to you an abundance of positive energy and love. Each day we can develop an attitude of gratitude, ...........just 5 minutes out of our day to reflect and to give thanks can change our life drastically for the better.
